• Park Properties Management Company was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Charlottesville Virginia. Since its inception, we have been committed to providing our residents and clients with first class service and unmatched quality management.

No two properties are alike as we have properties that are designed for seniors, student housing, conventional and affordable housing, retail and commercial office, flex industrial and mixed use. Also, we specialize in tax credit, Rural Development and HUD financed properties.
