The COMMUNITY MANAGER is responsible for all propertyoperations.  The manager is to effectively manage and coordinate persons,activities and available resources in order to accomplish community objectives as set forth by the Director of Property Management and propertyowner.  These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels,maintaining income and expenses within the prescribed budget, supervising and training all staff members and providing superior customer service to our residents and clients. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year experience in on-site property management; 1 year as Community Manager. Must have background in supervision and successful track record of accomplishments.
