History of Park Properties in Property Management

Established in 1989, PPMC has grown to become a full-service management powerhouse, specializing in a diverse range of properties including multi-family, affordable and conventional housing, commercial properties, condominiums, and single-family homes. Operating over 35 entities throughout Virginia and West Virginia, we have a proven track record of excellence, with annual gross income values exceeding 17 million dollars. Our success stems from our disciplined growth, process-driven approach, and deep understanding of regional markets. This robust foundation is further enhanced by our collaboration with Pinnacle Construction, a key partner in developing and constructing quality spaces.

Pet owners follow the rules of etiquette and maintenance of their pets. Absolutely love it here. Management keeps us advised of pending inspections generally well before time.
