PPMC is a full-service management company specializing in multi-family, affordable and conventional housing, commercial property management, condominium management, and single-family homes. Established in 1989, Park Properties has grown to manage over 35 entities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, with annual gross income values topping over 17 million. Since its incorporation, Park Properties has demonstrated its strengths in regional markets and has shown that disciplined growth along with a process-driven approach to all aspects of property management equals high-performance results.

Our organizational strength comes from our experienced senior management team that consists of three regional managers, a director, and a comptroller. Additionally, leveraging the expertise of our affiliate companies: Pinnacle Construction and Development Company (general contractor); Bluestone Land L.L.C.(development company); and Bluestone Capital Advisors, L.L.C.(mortgage banker) distinguishes us from our competition with respect to the development, construction, asset and risk management and financing of income-producing properties.
