It is more than a job. It is a lot more than property management. It is a life. And giving back to the communities where we live, and work is one of the most important – and gratifying – things we do. During a year full of uncertainty felt around the world, we are thankful for our team’s continuous hard work and tenacity which has kept our company thriving. Our belief that a little bit of kindness can go a long way, has never felt more important.

In 2022 Park Properties aided 50+ organizations across the state of Virginia, donating over $25,000, which does not include items contributed by our residents, plus the necessary volunteer time to coordinate these events company-wide. For the second year in a row, PPMC created 1,000 Care Kits distributed among ten different homeless shelters within the communities we serve. And at the corporate level, donations were made to the NAHMA Educational Foundation, Shelter for Shutters, VT Property Management Scholarship and the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.
